Event Catering

Lisa Marie’s Kitchen provides food and beverage services for all types of events. We cater small family gathering, large corporate events, and everything in between. We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality of product and services at very fair prices.

Full Service

Every LMK event is tailored specifically to our clients requirements. LMK is ready to help you plan and execute the menu of your choice, and create the special event you have in mind. LMK Staff arrive ready to set up, serve the meal, and then break it down, and clean it up.

Drop-Off Services

We bring everything necessary for your event! LMK provides you with disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, serving utensils, and food warmers with fuel. The hot food is delivered hot, and the cold dishes cold. LMK will set up your buffet and ensure you have everything necessary to enjoy a delicious meal.

LMK Drop-Off Service takes care of all of the food service details for your event whether it is at the park, or a corporate boardroom. Clean up is a breeze, and no kitchen is required.

Boxed Lunches

Lisa Marie’s Kitchen offers freshly made Boxed Lunches. Our Boxed Lunches can include hearty sandwiches, wraps, grain bowls, or entree salads, chips, fresh fruit, side salads, desserts, and drinks. Give us a call for current options, we are very flexible, and happy to discuss the details.

Bartenders for Hire and Full Service Bars

LMK Bartenders are professionals. Bartenders are Alcohol Awareness Trained and Certified. LMK Bartenders have years of experience and amazing personalities. LMK’s Bar Services will provide your event with: juices, mixers, garnishes, ice, ice chests, tubs, tables, disposable cups, and cocktail napkins. The host provides the alcohol of your choice. We would love to discuss signature cocktails for your event, and assist you with liquor, wine, and beer suggestions and quantities..

Staffing

Lisa Marie’s Kitchen can help you with your staffing needs:

- Bartender: $200 four hours* 

- Server: $30 per hour* 

- Cook: $50 per hour*

- Dishwasher or helper: $30 per hour*

Chocolate Fountain

Basic Package 

$400.00

Serves 50 Guests

Generally, the Chocolate Fountain and Buffet is used for up to the last 3 hours of your party to compliment dessert. Your Basic Chocolate Fountain and Bar rental includes the following:

• Your choice of chocolate. Milk, Dark, Semi-Sweet or White Chocolate.

• Up to 3 Hours of continuous running 18” Fountain  fountain.

• Bamboo skewers.

• Dippables for 50-75 people. We supply fresh Strawberries, Bananas, Pineapple Chunks, Marshmallows, Pretzel Rods, Oreos, Vanilla Wafers, Brownie Bites, Donut holes.  

We will work with your taste to provide the best assortment of Dippers to customize your chocolate display. Additional cost may apply for specialty Dippers.

• One Chocolatier attendant appropriately dressed to tend to the fountain and to insure the area is clean

• Delivery, set up, teardown and cleanup.

• Full Insurance.

Cocktail Hour Surcharge 

Our Chocolate Fountain and Bar are intended to be used for dessert. Usually the last 3 hours of your event, generally when dinner is being served. A predetermined amount of dippers are supplied at each event depending on the number of guests. Typically, when the Fountain and Bar are used at the beginning of a function your guests will be hungry and consume the dippers included with your package in a short amount of time. Therefore, to insure we prepare for your event properly we charge $50 extra for the additional dippers that will be enjoyed. We will be happy to discuss your individual needs and the need for this surcharge with you.

Cotton Candy

Basic Package

Serves 50 Guests

The Cotton Candy Machine and Attendant will spin cotton candy for 3 hours to  compliment dessert. Your Basic Cotton Candy Machine Rental includes the following:

• Four Basic Cotton Candy Flavors: Pink Vanilla, Blue Raspberry, Bubble Gum, Grape

• Custom flavors available for $15.00 per flavor: Pumpkin Spice, Pina Colada, Green Apple, Coconut, Pink Lemonade

• Up to 3 Hours of continuous spinning.

• Cones

• One Cotton Candy Machine attendant appropriately dressed to spin cotton candy and to insure the area is kept clean.

• Delivery, set up, teardown and cleanup.

• Full Insurance.
